How do I cancel?
Turn off renewal with the provider you used to subscribe. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the annual charge; cancelling later stops the next annual renewal.
What happens when the subscription expires?
The licence and subscription-based right to use the software end if the subscription expires or is not renewed. DOCX documents already created locally remain on your computer.
How many computers may I use?
One subscription is licensed to one named user on one Windows computer personally used by that user. The same licence may not be used on another person’s computer, including a relative’s, colleague’s or client’s computer.
